What is the mission of Salp?
The mission is to give consious consumers the possiblity of buying local products, European made and created. We only work directly with brands from the European Union, and therefore have chosen to not allow dropshippers or importers from outside the EU to sell on the platform. This way we can guarantee the following things; quality, lower shipping emissions and empower European Brands.
How long does shipping take?
Every order will be shipped to you directly from the Brand itself. We strive for the order to be shipped and received within 1 to 7 business days. Ofcourse the delivery time can vary, based on origin of your product.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been shipped by the vendor. After shipping, you must follow the return process.
Do you ship to islands or remote locations within Europe?
We try to ship to as many European locations as possible. Remote locations might have higher shipping costs, which are clearly indicated at checkout.
